JKBOSE: Revised Date Sheet Announced for Class 11th Exams Due to Legislative Elections

In light of the upcoming General Elections for the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced changes to the date sheet for the Class 11th Annual (Private) / Bi-Annual 2024 exams.
The exams that were initially scheduled for September 17, 19, and 24, 2024, have been postponed. The revised dates for these papers have been confirmed, and the details are as follows:
The Chemistry, Arabic, Persian, Sanskrit, Economics, and Entrepreneurship exams, originally planned for September 17, 2024, will now be held on September 27, 2024.
The exams for Computer Science, Information Practices, Environmental Science, Physical Education, Islamic Studies, and other related subjects, which were earlier scheduled for September 19, 2024, have been rescheduled for October 3, 2024.
The papers for Geology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Urdu, Hindi, and various other subjects, previously set for September 24, 2024, will now take place on September 29, 2024.
The time and venues for these exams will remain unchanged, as per the original schedule.
JKBOSE has urged all students and school authorities to take note of the new dates and ensure they are fully prepared. This move comes as part of efforts to avoid any disruption caused by the upcoming elections in the Union Territory.
