Jammu, October 18, 2024 — The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued comprehensive instructions for filling out the online examination forms for the Class 10th Annual Session 2025 (Regular), applicable to schools in Jammu Division.
This process must be completed by schools on behalf of their students, with strict adherence to the guidelines set forth by JKBOSE.
The first step in the process requires schools to thoroughly read the official notification issued by JKBOSE regarding the form-filling process. This notification can be accessed on the JKBOSE website. Schools must then click on the link titled “Online Examination Form for Class 10th Session Annual Regular, 2025, Jammu Division” on the homepage.
The examination form can only be filled through a designated school account. Schools are required to open the Office Login window and enter their School ID and Password, as provided by the board, to proceed. After logging in, the school must select the “Examination Form” option available on the dashboard. The student’s Registration Number, required to fill the form, can be accessed through the “Reports” section by selecting Class IX and the session 2023-25.
Once the Registration Number is entered, the details of the student, including their photograph, will automatically appear in the form. Schools are then required to upload the candidate’s signature (not exceeding 50KB) and ensure all fields are correctly filled. It is crucial to review all entries, including the photograph, subjects, and signature, before submitting the form to avoid errors.
After submission, the examination form will automatically be forwarded to the Principal’s account of the respective institution. The examination fee can only be paid through the school’s Clerk Account once the Principal has approved the form. It is important to note that students are not permitted to pay the fee directly.
JKBOSE has emphasized that no corrections will be allowed after the fee payment is completed. Therefore, schools must carefully verify all the details before finalizing the submission. It is the responsibility of the school to ensure the accuracy of the form to avoid any discrepancies later.
